What is you return policy?

Please notify us within 48 hours after receiving your items if you need to return. You may return unworn items, with tags attached within 5 days of receipt. Items must be shipped back to us at your expense. Upon inspection of item (items must show no sign of wear or distress), you will receive a Store credit for any future purchases.

What is your processing time?

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing your online order, excluding weekends and holidays. In most cases orders will be shipped out within 24 hours.

If you are purchasing a Pre-Order item, it can take up to 5-7 days processing. Updates will be available through your account and email provided at checkout.

How do I track my order?

Once item has shipped, you will receive tracking via email. Please be sure to use a valid email address when making all purchases.

What size should I get in a Crzy Collection item?

Most our items are True To Size. Please refer to each individual description under the item to find the best fit. Feel free to email or call us for any further questions you may have when ordering for more assistance.
